The work it takes off your desk.
A custom piece, from first idea to final payment
The Design Studio renders the client's idea, costs the metal and stones while you talk, and sends the piece to the counter as an invoice with a deposit. Your custom-work terms print on the receipt.
Gold, diamonds and custom work on one ticket
Sell a chain, set a stone and take in scrap on the same invoice. Diamonds stay diamonds, silver stays silver, and the line you saved is the line you see next time.
Buying gold across the case
Weigh it, set the karat and pay at the live price. The buy goes straight into a lot for the refinery, so nothing lives on a notepad.
Every client, in one place
Purchases, design projects and website orders sit on one client record, so whoever is at the counter knows who they're talking to.

Ask for pricing.
Pricing is set for each business after a conversation. It starts with a walkthrough on a call, built around how you work today.
Prefer to talk it through first? Maverick can answer questions about the software and pass your request to the House.

Questions owners ask.
Does it handle custom orders with deposits?
Yes. A design becomes an invoice with a deposit, the balance is collected against the same invoice, and custom-work terms print on the receipt.
Can I buy scrap gold at the counter with it?
Yes. Scrap is priced at the live metal price by karat and weight, and each buy is grouped into lots for the refinery.
What does Osborne Enterprise cost?
Pricing is set for each business after a conversation, by the modules you use and the size of your team. Request pricing and someone from the House will arrange a walkthrough.
Can I try it before I decide?
It starts with a walkthrough on a call, screen by screen, built around how your business runs. Hands-on access is discussed with the team after that.
Who built it?
Alex Lexington, the House's metals and jewelry business in Atlanta, built it to run its own counter, refinery work, vault and design bench.
Is it only for precious metals?
It was built where the price moves by the minute and every ticket is large. Live pricing is built for metals today; the rest — price holds, deposits, wire matching, client records, custody and approvals — fits any business selling high-value goods at moving prices.
