Who we are

houseosborne.com is run by Atlanta Gold & Silver, LLC, doing business as Alex Lexington (“the House,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

You may use houseosborne.com for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please don’t:

• try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours;
• copy, scrape or bulk-download the site;
• flood Maverick or the forms with automated requests;
• use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may limit or block access that does.

Maverick

Maverick is an AI concierge. Its replies are written by a computer and may be incomplete or wrong.

• Nothing Maverick says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• Any market figures it mentions are for information only and may be out of date.
• A chat is never an offer, a quote or an agreement. Every purchase, sale, design and service is confirmed in writing by a person at the House.
• Please don’t share card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers in a chat.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. You can ask us to close it at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

What you send us

You keep ownership of the messages, photos and details you send. You give the House permission to use them to answer you and to carry out what you asked for. Please send only photos and details you have the right to share.

Our content

The site’s text, photographs and films, the series, and the House Osborne and Alex Lexington names and marks belong to the House or to those who license them to us. You’re welcome to share links, but please don’t reuse our content without written permission.

Other services

The series plays from YouTube, and you can sign in with Google. Their own terms apply when you use them. We aren’t responsible for other sites we link to.

Osborne Enterprise

A pricing request or a demo doesn’t create an agreement. Any work for a business is covered by its own written agreement.

No warranties

The site and Maverick are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, the House disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the House and its owners, staff and partners aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or Maverick. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

You agree to cover the House’s losses from claims caused by your misuse of the site or by your breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
