Privacy Policy
What houseosborne.com and the House’s sign-ins collect, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
houseosborne.com is run by Atlanta Gold & Silver, LLC, doing business as Alex Lexington (“the House,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers houseosborne.com, Maverick (the concierge on this site), and the House’s own sign-ins, such as media.houseosborne.com for staff. Purchases and client accounts with Alex Lexington are also covered by Alex Lexington’s privacy policy.
What we collect
- When you browse. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use them to run and protect the site. We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t set advertising cookies.
- When you chat with Maverick as a guest. Your messages, and any photos you add, are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, so Maverick can reply. We don’t save guest conversations. Your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to limit how many messages one visitor can send.
- When you sign in. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. From Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password, and we don’t ask for your contacts, files, calendar or mail.
- When you chat while signed in. We save the text of your conversation so you can pick it up later. Photos you share are not stored; the saved conversation only notes that a photo was shared.
- When you ask for a design or for pricing. If you ask Maverick to start a jewelry design, or send a request through the Osborne Enterprise form, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the details of the piece or request, your budget and when you’re available.
How we use it
- To answer you, keep your conversation, and follow up on a request you made.
- To keep you signed in. Your browser stores a sign-in token, and while you sign in with Google it keeps a copy of the chat for up to 30 minutes so the conversation is still there when you return.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Anthropic doesn’t use Maverick conversations to train its models.
Information from Google
When you sign in with Google, the House receives your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create and recognize your account and to show who is signed in. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone except the providers listed below that run sign-in and our database. No one at the House reads it except to help you when you ask, or when the law requires it.
The House’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove the House’s access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Supabase runs sign-in and stores accounts, saved conversations and requests.
- Google handles sign-in when you choose it.
- Anthropic writes Maverick’s replies.
- Telegram and Resend deliver new requests to the House’s staff.
- YouTube plays the series when you press play. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to it.
Each of them handles your information only to provide its service to the House. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the House, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
- Your account and saved conversations: until you ask us to delete them.
- Design and pricing requests: as long as we need to answer them and keep ordinary business records.
- Request logs: only for the short time our host keeps them.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete your account, your conversations or a request, write to info@alexlexington.com. We’ll confirm the request comes from you and take care of it promptly.
- You can browse the site and chat with Maverick without signing in.
- You can remove the House’s Google access at any time, as described above.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Each signed-in guest can read only their own conversations, and only the House’s staff can see requests. No system is perfect, so please don’t share card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers in a chat.
Children
houseosborne.com isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using the site.
